LaGrange Santa has been visiting the residents of Noble and LaGrange Counties since 2020. One of the largest joys for Santa is that he gets to connect the children of the local communities with the local heroes found serving within the fire departments around Northeast Indiana. Santa makes yearly visits to the LaGrange, Stroh and Topeka Volunteer Fire departments to check up on the good boys and girls in the areas. Each of these fire departments host a special event for the local kids so that not only can they visit with Santa and tell him their Christmas Wishes, but to also allow the children to engage with Firefighters, EMT, and Law Enforcement officers who serve and protect our local communities. This connection is important to help let the children know that there are many members of the communities in which they live who are dedicated to helping and serving those around them, and hopefully, the local heroes are an inspiration for the next generation of community heroes.
With other stops along the way, Santa can be found visiting with his friends at the Kendallville Chamber of Commerce and the LaGrange Church of God. He has also been known to visit a few friends at their homes. Santa enjoys visiting with the local children and looks forward to the Christmas Season, each and every year. Santa never charges a fee for his visits, however, he will accept free-will donations.
